Old records and documents were lost in the fire, but in its place in 1800, the former Right Reverend Arseny Bishop of Vologda was allowed to build a stone church one floor high, with two side chapels and a bell tower. The church is cold, in the name of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos, and the side chapels are warm, in the name of Nicholas the Wonderworker of Myra and the Holy Great Martyr George, the construction was carried out on the parishioners' dependents with the help of outsiders. The cold stone church, with two warm side chapels, was built in 1808 and consecrated in 1818, the side chapels were consecrated on the right side in 1809, and on the left in 1810. In the passport of the object created on December 8, 1973, after a general assessment, it was revealed that the Intercession Church is a typical example of religious buildings of the Verkhnetoyemsky district of the Arkhangelsk region. It also states that the structures of coverings, floors and facade decor were already in poor condition at that time.
The building type refers to stone, one-story, three-part religious buildings. The premises of the porch, refectory and temple are arranged symmetrically in terms of the longitudinal axis West-East. The compositional solution of the church is based on the opposition of the massive volume of the temple to the low, elongated volumes of the refectory and the altar, emphasizing the importance and magnitude of the temple. The bell tower is lost. The decor of the church is very modest. The corners of the porch, refectory and temple are decorated with flat blades. Arched windows are recessed into rectangular niches. The painting of the walls and the vault is well preserved in the temple.
The church is made of brick measuring 31x15x8 cm. The main volume of the church is covered by an eight-hundred-foot closed vault with a light drum. The basement is brick. The exterior and interior walls are brick. The roof is metal on wooden rafters. Window blocks, exterior doors –wooden.
The technical condition of the church can now be attributed to unsatisfactory, the roof was collapsed in the center of the church, part of the walls also collapsed, that is, it is partially lost. In May 2015, the winter part of the church collapsed in front of local residents.
